Copyright: Ownership of the copyrights. optional
Published by: The name of the person, who entered this fact-version in the system. mandatory
infoID: Meaning of the infoID - The fact-archive / Version History mandatory
Guarantee of existence:           

Set guarantee of existence (GOE), or Extend guarantee of existence (GOE).
