They concern the 3 components, and provide you with a first indication about our understanding of the problems and possible solutions in each of them. Moreover, we envisage the development of draft agendas for the 3 workshops in the last week of May.
May I express our thanks for the important decisions taken at UKIM and communicated to us by fax, which we believe will be instrumental to contribute to a smooth implementation.
As it is also indicated in the letter signed by the Rector, concerning the resources to be utilised in order to arrive at the desired outputs of the project, we need to arrive at a shared understanding. Indeed one of the issues to be discussed in each domain is the 15% co-financing of UKIM to each of the components. We believe that a decision should be taken before the inception report, and perhaps best at and after the workshops. We would at this stage welcome your reactions, and those of your colleagues in the working groups, on our proposals and ideas for the workshop. Hopefully by the end of the following week, we can finalise the agendas for each of the workshops.
