The following chapters will show you how to create content on an FCS platform.

Two alternatives...

There are two possibilities to create content, called facts. However, not all users have access to both alternatives.

Alternative 1 - Service filing It is possible to create facts in a . All necessary steps are described here. In a second step, you can place a new fact in one ore more folder(s). In order to do so, a shortcut needs to be created. For further information, see chapter "Create shortcuts".

Alternative 2 - Structure If you use this alternative, your starting point is a folder in structure. In other words, you create content in a specific folder. All necessary steps are described here. If you use possibility two, the original fact is automatically stored in the respective service filing. The folder merely contains a shortcut to the original.
