With the feature "send to a friend" it is possible to send created facts to users, whole groups and e-mail addresses. At this point it is should be mentioned that only "universe" permitted facts can be seen from not registered persons.

Security - search engines: So that search engines cannot grab sensitiv entries we recommend to make boxes (eg. last changes, Folders in Structure etc.) on your platform not visible for "universe". Fix this in P-Admin Interface: > Interface >> define list columns.
