Two ways to create a fact

There are two different ways to create a fact.

Way 1 – from the folder structure (Structure):
A shortcut is created immediately in the corresponding folder. The original fact is automatically stored in the respective service repository. The necceseary procedure steps are explained in the text Create content (= facts), or in the demonstration video Film-Kamera - 157662.1.

Way 2 – original service repository (content service):
When you create a fact in a service repository, in the beginning it has no shortcuts in a folder. A shortcut can be created afterwards. There are two possibilities for accessing a service area.

Access from the menu:
(1) Click in the main menu or in the left frame (options area) on the button of a service area (News, Events, Downloads, etc).
(2) Click in the left frame (options area) on the link “create new …”.
(3) Continue with step 3 described in Create content (= facts).

or

Access from the Factlist & search:
(1) click on the “Factlist & search”
(2) Click in the left frame (options area) on “create new fact”
(3) You see a list of all available fact types. Click on the desired fact type.
(4) Continue with step 3 described in Create content (= facts).
