1. Creating a shortcut within a folder of the Structure |

(1) Navigate in the Structure to the folder where the new shortcut should be created.
(2) Click on the left side the link add a shortcut.
(3) The next page is divided into two different areas. On the top there are two input fields for the infoID: main part and version number. Below that there is a search mask that is used to retrieve infoIDs.

(4) A search request generates a result list. Choose one of the infoID-links to fill out the form on the top automatically. The left infoID link creates a shortcut to a specific version. The right infoID link creates a shortcut that will lead always to the latest version available. Of course you can fill out the input-mask manually too.
(5) Click "next>>" to create the shortcut.
