How can I contact factchat support and what kind of information should I provide?
Every working day between 14:00 and 14:30 you can ask for advice one of our factline member at www.factchat.com.
Of course you can also write an email to support@factline.com. The following information should be provided:
- The URL of the chat that you are using (e.g. www.factchat.com) -What kind of browser are you using?(e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer) - What version is your browser? (e.g. Version 5.5) - Which operating system are you running? (e.g. Windows 200)
