Include Images

To include an image into a text, two steps are necessary: First, the image has to be uploaded (and will be identified by an infoID). Secondly, the image has to be included at the desired place by refering to the infoID.

1. Upload:

Permitted users can upload images within the service Facts (button: "images").
problemIf there is no "image" button displayed, you are not permitted to upload images (-> Permissioning System). Please ask your platform administrator.
Clicking on "images" directs you to a list of all available images on your platform. If you want to refer to another image, click on "add new image" and upload an image from your computer or network (more information on how to upload can be found here).
Important: Please note the infoID of the image you uploaded, you need it to include the image.

2. Include:

Switch to the text and position, where the image shall be included and type or copy the following Syntax: <factimage 104281.1/>
infoWhen including an image, you should also specify width and height of the image. This helps the internet browser to display your site more quickly. Given height and width, it leaves a space for the image, but already displays the text while loading the image. Furthermore, the specification of the size permits you to vary the size of the image.
The following syntax allows you to define height and width:

<factimage 104281.1 width="10" height="10"></factimage>
