You might get this error message at the "forgot password" page, in case of one of the following:

• You didnt fill in all fields
• You have entered a username / email combination that is not recognised by the system. Please check for leading/ending spaces in your input
• There is no user registered (yet) with this username / email
• Your user has been disabled.
